HAWORTH – At its January organizational board of directors meeting, the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) elected Nelson Chen as 2010 president. Chen has been a member of the NJMLS board of directors since 1995. He began his real estate career 24 years ago at the age of 18. Since then, he has garnered accolades including Eastern Bergen County Realtor of the Year in 1998 and Fort Lee Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year in 2009. Chen is a graduate of the Elisabeth Morrow School and Dwight- Englewood School, and a cum laude graduate of The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. The NJMLS is a non-profit, Realtor-owned corporation that provides detailed property data to more than 8,000 Realtor members throughout northern New Jersey.
